Place your order and secure your booking with a £75 deposit. We don’t ask for any more money until your dress has been cleaned and is ready for delivery.
We will contact you to arrange your dress collection at a time that is convenient for you. Our dedicated courier will then come and collect it from you.
Upon receipt, all items will be checked against your order. If there are any discrepancies or anything we need to discuss, we will contact you.
We will process your order using a unique bespoke cleaning process tailor made to your dress requirements.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to take final payment & make arrangements to deliver the dress at a time which is convenient for you.

Our fully premium insured wedding dress transportation service uses a specially adapted vehicle transport to ensure your dress will be collected & returned in a pristine and in a protected upright position throughout its entire journey.
Dresses that have not been boxed will be returned back hanging on a hanger in one of our very own personalised dress bags for a truly beautiful finishing touch.
Your specially appointed & friendly concierge driver will connect with you directly throughout the process, sharing updates about their location and expected arrival time.
